Alan Dale Cole, Jr., 39 of Clymer, died Monday, December 5, 2016 at the UPMC Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born May 18, 1977 in Waukegan, IL, he was a son of Gale J. (Adock) Cole-Salita and husband Michael, Dixonville and Alan D. Cole.

In addition to his mother and step-father, Alan will be missed by his daughter, Taylor Cole, Indiana and sister, Tanya Schultz, Kings Bay, GA.

A memorial service is planned for Friday evening at 6PM at the Summit Church in Indiana. Associate Pastor Dick Motzing will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home, 655 Franklin St., Clymer, PA 15728 to assist the family with Alan’s final expenses.
