Obituary for Stella Louise Mano (Cochran)

Stella Louise  Mano (Cochran)
Stella Louise (Cochran) Mano, 74, Clymer, died Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at the Communities at Indian Haven. Born in Indiana, April 21, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Harry Cochran and Beryl (Rummel) Cochran. She was the widow of Andrew Mano who died July 22, 2000.

She was a member of the church of the Resurrection in Clymer. Stella was primarily a homemaker who worked at home caring for her family. She had previously worked for the former Season All Industries in Indiana and had previously owned and operated her own bakery in Clymer.

Stella enjoyed dancing and socializing with her friends. She also especially liked to make baked goods. She was a loving mother and grandmother who raised six children and was a grandmother to four grandchildren.
Stella is survived by her children: Kenneth A. Mano (Theresa), Creekside, PA; John I. Mano (Elaine) Clymer, PA; Michael J. Mano, Clymer, PA; and Mary M. Ripple Weaver (Greg), Purchase Line, PA; and Kimberly S. Felton (Gary) Commodore, PA. Her grandchildren are: Mya Mano, Lacey Kershishnik, Nichole Clark (Jerry), Austin Ripple, Justin Maxwell Ripple, Mark Mano (Jenny), Drew Felton (Caci), Crystal Timko (Mark), and Gary Felton, Jr. (fiancée Sheena Miller). Stella is also survived by four great grandchildren: Tyler Felton and Wyatt, Hannah and Haley Clark. Her three siblings are: Harry Cochran, Homer City; John Cochran, Marion Center; and Shirley Miller, Indiana.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son Adam Mano.

Friends will be received Thursday, October 26th from 3 to 5 PM and 6 to 8PM at the Rairigh- Bence Funeral Home, of Clymer . A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday morning at 11 AM at the Church of the Resurrection, Clymer.
