Condolence From: Karl E. Sparn, Jr.
Condolence: Grandpa was a good man. I will sadly miss him. Our talks on the back porch and our visits in the living room of his childhood home will be forever cherished in my memories. The holiday dinners with his strong appetite for traditional and his ethnic foods was always entertaining yet endearing. His recollections of Naval Service in WWII, his years as Township Supervisor, and his hilarious tales of his barbershop days. For the short time that I had the privilege, honor, and good fortune to know Grandpa, my life has been enriched beyond belief. Great men mold minds and help develop character only among the few; for family, friends, and the already fallen—Grandpa was that man!

Condolence: Please accept my condolences for the passing of your dear loved one. When someone we love dies, the heartache and grief can be great. I hope that you can be comforted knowing that God cares for you and sees your pain. (1 Peter 5:7) "He is close to the brokenhearted and He saves those who are crushed in spirit. (Psalm 34:18) May you find comfort and relief during this grievous time, as you cherish the precious memories of Samuel.
