Catherine J. Kresho, 93, of Indiana unexpectedly died, Friday, April 13, 2018 at St. Andrew’s Village in Indiana. Born in Center Township, April 10, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Peter Kresho and Frances (Osif) Kresho.

Catherine will be remembered by many who worked or attended classes in the Education Department at IUP where she was the administrative secretary for the Dean of the department for more than 35 years.

She was a longtime member of St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church in Indiana where she was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and the Altar Society. During her lifetime, Catherine supported many church functions and religious charities.

She will be remembered by her sister, Theresa, with whom she lived for many years. Catherine is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the following siblings: Mary Wensell; Anna Kresho; infant sister, Martha Kresho; and George, John, Peter and Andrew Kresho.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday, April 28th at 11 AM at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Church, Indiana. Entombment was made in St. Bernard Cemetery.
