Sarah E. (Hulings) Isaacson, 96, of Clymer, PA, died Thursday, May 7, 2009 at Rustic Manor Personal Care Home.



She was the daughter of William and Martha (Couse) Hulings, born on February 2, 1913 in Renovo, PA.



Sarah was a member of the Clymer United Methodist Church and the Clymer Senior Center Red Hat Society. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother.



She is survived by one daughter, Beatrice Stefan of Clymer, PA; nine grandchildren, Michael, David and Dennis Stefan; Debbie Cogley, Carl Isaacson, Jeff Isaacson, Barry Isaacson, Vickie Jagman and Patrick Isaacson; 20 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.



Sarah was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Edwin Isaacson; Infant daughter, Doris; one son Edward; seven sisters and two brothers.



Friends will be received at the Bence Funeral Home in Clymer on Sunday, May 10, 2009 from 1-5 p.m. Her funeral service will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Robert Mathews, officiating. Interment will be in St. John’s cemetery, Sagamore, PA.
