Delores O. (Stiffler) Nyland, 82, of Pittsburg, Texas, formerly of Indiana, died Sunday, October 26, 2014, at the Mount Pleasant Health Care facility, Mount Pleasant, TX.

Born in Clymer, March 22, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Erdie Stiffler and Stella (Lydic) Stiffler. She was the widow of Reynold Nyland who died May 25, 2002.

She was a homemaker, caring for her husband of 53 years and their son Roy.

Delores is survived by her son Roy Nyland and his wife, Nancy Nyland of Pittsburg, TX. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers: Quay, Thomas, Delmont, Kenneth and Thurmond Stiffler.

Friends will be received Friday, October 31st from 1 – 2:30 PM at the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home of Indiana where her funeral will begin at 2:30 PM. Pastor Denny Marshall will officiate. Interment will be made at the Oakland Cemetery, Indiana.
