Obituary for Timothy Popp

Timothy Patrick Popp, 47, Commodore, unexpectedly died at his home, Sunday, September 24, 2017. Born January 23, 1970 in Indiana, he was a son of Betty Ann (Mikus) Fyock of Indiana and her husband, Charlie L. Fyock who loved Tim as if he were his own son

Tim was a 1988 graduate of Penns Manor High School. He worked as a car salesman and had been associated with various dealerships in the area. He enjoyed woodworking and carpentry. He was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and had a strong faith in God.

He spent many years with his companion, Tina King and loved being with her and spending time with her three children: Riley, Wyatt and Ella Barr, whom he affectionately called his grandkids.

In addition to his mother, step-father and companion, Tim is survived by his son, Patrick Popp, Armagh; sister, Shanda Ivester, Tennessee and several aunts and uncles residing in Colorado.

Following cremation, Tim’s family will receive friends Friday afternoon, September 29th from 4:00 until 6:00 PM at the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home of Clymer.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home, 655 Franklin St., Clymer to assist with Tim’s final expenses.
