We were so sorry to hear of Maria's passing. Maria was a wonderful person, and we will miss her greatly. I will especially miss our phone conversations to discuss a favorite piece of music or performance. She brought kindness and comfort to all, friend and stranger. With sympathy and prayers for her family, of whom she was rightly proud.
