Obituary for Imogene Mantini (Baum)

Imogene G. (Baum) Mantini, 95, of Clymer, died Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center. Born in Emigh, January 4, 1923, she was a daughter of the late Merle Baum and Hannah (Leamer) Baum.

During her working years, Imogene worked for several business in the area. Among them were: the Rossiter Shoe Factory; Season-All Industries and Campus Sportswear, both of Indiana and the Ben Franklin Store, Clymer.

She enjoyed shopping with friends, crossword puzzles and search puzzles. She also liked visiting with her friends and family, especially with her grandchildren.

Imogene was a member of the Church of the Resurrection, Clymer, where she had previously belonged to the Rosary Society.

She is survived by her son, Joe Mantini, Clymer. Other surviving family members are her grandchildren: Rodney Butler (Jenn), Murfreesboro, TN; Chris Mantini, Punxsutawney; Cory Mantini, Rochester Mills; Troy Mantini (Melissa), Home and Leanne Mantini and her partner (Chris), Punxsutawney. Her surviving great grandchildren are: Caitlin, Gabriel, Isabella, Mason, Reagan and Brynley Mantini. Imogene is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, Zeadie D. Mantini, Imogene was preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Butler and by her many brothers and sisters.

Friends will be received, Friday, October 19th from 5 until 9 PM at the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home of Clymer. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday afternoon at 1:00 PM at the Church of the Resurrection, Clymer. Burial will be at St. Bernard Cemetery, Indiana.
