Robert Gene “Bobby” Myers, 41, of Indiana and formerly of Blairsville, unexpectedly died Friday, December 28, 2018 at Indiana Regional Medical Center. Born in Indiana, November 15, 1977, he was a son of the Lois Marie (Kuncelman) Myers of Indiana and the late James E. Myers.

Bobby was a 1995 graduate of Blairsville High School and was well known by many in the Blairsville and Indiana communities. He spent much of his adult life in Indiana where he was often seen riding his bicycle around town. He loved to visit with his many friends and was always available to help those who needed assistance. Bobby attended services at Grace United Methodist Church where he volunteered with church activities and mission trips. He also loved to volunteer and help the residents at St. Andrews Village.

In addition to his mother, Bobby will be missed by his siblings: Thomas Kuncelman (Barb), Meadville; Gene “Chip” Myers (Joan), Altoona and Wendy Casini (Mike), Derry. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.

At the request of his family, no visitation or funeral arrangements are planned. The Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home of Indiana is assisting the Myers Family.
