Anthony Bailey Aylward “Tatt” Orchard, 27, of Indiana, unexpectedly died at his home, Monday, September 2, 2019. Born January 9, 1992 in Oxford, England, he is a son of Robyn Lee Bailey-Orchard of Indiana and Christopher Orchard of Harrisburg.
Tatt graduated from Indiana Area High School. He worked as a cook at various restaurants in the Indiana area and had most recently worked at Brunzies.
He loved his friends, who will remember his kind heart and giving nature. Tatt was blessed with a terrific sense of humor and the ability to talk with anyone about anything. He had an incredible memory and would often impress his family and friends with the many little-known facts he could remember. He had many aspirations throughout his life for eclectic careers that ranged from history professor to National Parks ranger to professional chef.
He will be dearly missed by his parents and by his brother, Jeremy “Jem” Bailey-Orchard of Arlington, VA. Tatt will also be missed by his paternal grandparents, Ken and Christine Orchard of Kent England. Other family include his uncles and aunts, Kevin and Andrea Bailey, Jacksonville, FL, Marion Orchard, Spain, Timothy and Jennifer Orchard and cousin Maddie, Bath, England, and his mother’s cousin, Gary King Smallwood II, Richmond, VA. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Gordon and Phyllis Bailey.
Friends will be received Saturday, September 7th from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7PM at the Rairigh- Bence Funeral Home, Indiana. A Celebration of Life Service will be announced at a later date.
