Obituary for Mark Steven Bertuzzi
Mark Steven Bertuzzi, 60, of Clymer, died Monday, October 7, 2019.
He was born, March 31, 1959 in Indiana County, to Michael George Bertuzzi of Seminole, FL and the late Joyce Beverly (Cunningham) Bertuzzi.
After moving to Maryland, he graduated from the Edgewood High School in Edgewood, MD. During his working career Mark worked in the construction business.
He was an outdoorsman who loved working in his flower and vegetable gardens. He was a nature lover who liked to watch birds and go fishing. He also enjoyed spending time with his daughters and grandson. He cheered for two professional sports teams, the Baltimore Ravens and the Pittsburgh Penguins.
In addition to his father, Mark is survived by his two daughters: Ashley I. Detar (Gregory), Bel Air, MD and Kaylin N. Borkoski (Joseph), Crestview, FL. He is also survived by his: grandson, Max Detar, Bel Air, MD: brothers; George W. Bertuzzi (Ruth), White Hall, MD; and Scott A. Bertuzzi, Phoenix, MD. Other survivors include his nephews: Jason, Adam and Michael Bertuzzi.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. The Bertuzzi family is being assisted by the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home of Clymer.
