Obituary for Betty V. Grove (Ober)
Betty V. (Ober) Grove, 85, of Clymer, unexpectedly died at her home on Saturday, November 30, 2019. Born in Strongstown, April 19, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Homer Bernard Ober and Mary Ellen (Fetterman) Ober. She was also the widow of Herbert Clair Grove who died April 28, 1973.
She is survived by her sons: Mark Grove (Rachel), Holsopple; Roger Grove (Candy), Northern Cambria; and Scott Grove (Mary Lou), Clymer. Her five grandchildren are: Tiffany, Sarah, Regan, Rafe and Scott. Her great grandchildren are: Connor, Max, Marissa, Bo, Lydia, Ellaina and Alli. Her surviving sister is Patricia Olliver of Clymer.
In addition to her parents and husband, Betty was preceded in death by her sister, Twila Baldish.
Service arrangements are private. Her final resting place will be near her husband at the Manor Cemetery, Penn Run.
