Obituary for Anna Mae Rusko (Yevchak)

Anna Mae Rusko of Starford, died Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at the Indiana Square Personal Care Home. The daughter of the late John Rusko and Mary (Yevchak) Rusko, Anna Mae was born in Starford, March 24, 1927.

She was a graduate of Green Township High School in Commodore and went on to work for the former Troutman’s Department Store and Season All Industries, both of Indiana. Having grown up in Starford, Anna Mae and her family were active members of the former St. Elizabeth’s Church. She was currently a member of the Church of the Resurrection where she had attended services at both the Heilwood and Clymer locations.

Anna Mae is survived by her many nieces, nephews, and great nieces, and great nephews. She will also be remembered by her sister-in-law, Anne Marie Rusko of Chagrin Falls, OH.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Leonard Rusko and her sister, Rose Marie Rusko.

As per Anna Mae’s request, there will no public visitation. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday morning, December 27th at 11am at the Church of the Resurrection, Clymer. Rev. James Morley will be the celebrant. Burial will be at St. Michael’s Orthodox Greek Catholic Cemetery, Clymer.

The Rusko family is being assisted by the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home of Clymer.
