Malcolm Bruce Forman, 47, of Clymer, died Friday, December 25, 2020 at his home.
Born November 13, 1973, in Allentown, he was a son of the late, Royce Revel Forman and Margaret Jenny (Reichard) Forman.
Malcolm is survived by his daughter, Samantha Forman; and his siblings: Heather Lee, Peggy Reichard, Kathleen Reichard, Sherri Gwen, and Matthew Forman. He will also be missed by his dog, Ginger.
Arrangements were with the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home of Clymer with cremation at Rairigh-Bence Crematory.
